Window slopes do not make a problem

Slopes for plastic windows are not at all difficult to do. There are several ways, one of which is gluing on glipcardon glue.

Before you start working, it is necessary to clean the existing slopes from old paint, plastering, putting, puttying, then primed. After from drywall, future slopes are measured according to the necessary parameters of the length and width. After the primer has dried up, glue is diluted and applied to the surface of the slopes with small drops at a distance of 10-30 cm.

Close glue is not applied, since it will not have the opportunity to dry due to the lack of voids. Before breeding the glue, it is necessary to immediately make the blanks of the slopes, because the diluted glue becomes unsuitable very quickly, it must be used for half an hour.

With the help of a wooden bar, slopes are crushed to the wall, and then taped with a rubber hammer, it is also necessary to check the level. Glue, which is already cooked, in no case can not be diluted with water, it also becomes unusable, it is better to knead the new.

In the event that the thickness of the glue is more than 3 cm, stripes or pieces of drywall are glued to the old slopes, you can also stick them one to another, but in moderation — no more than 20 cm is quite possible to build. It is worth waiting for at least an hour while they dry, and then glue new slopes.

In order to glue the horizontal slope, you can use spacers from the window sill or from the floor.

Already glued slopes must be left by 1-2 to complete from drying. The side of the holes remain untouched to be the air. And after that the side holes are poured with glue and put down with the last layer.
