Stove decoration.

When the furnace is completely ready for operation-the surfaces, which will be left in the form of a red-brick massif, are packed, dried and tested, finish off with a mop. To do this, warm the oven strongly and in a hot state, treat with a wet rag, achieving a clean surface. If the outer walls of the furnace are not made of facing, but from simple clay brick, then after a mop, draw the surface with moderately excided, dry brick, removing all the ledges and burrs, wiping small cracks and chips.

When facing the brick portal of the fireplace, first dry the side and upper walls of the fireplace chamber, leaving between the bricks of 0.7 cm. On the floor, mark the contours of the bricks.

Remove the bricks, and then put them already on the solution, while the solution for laying the first row spread out inside the mark. To attach brick cladding to the walls, first attach anchors to them, the free ends of which are seized into the seams of facing masonry. Place the anchors on the wall so that they fix every third or fourth row of brickwork. Drive the facing masonry “into the Pustoshka”, and then cut the seams and treat the surface of the brickwork in the same way as when building a furnace.

Now it remains only to cover brick masonry with heat -resistant varnish. For this purpose, colorless varnishes used to prepare heat-resistant enamels are suitable (for example, KO-85 brands). Apply varnish with a brush, roller or spray gun in two layers with intermediate drying (the duration and conditions of the intermediate and final drying of the colorful coating is indicated on the packaging of the paintwork).
